Infinity Downline and Q & A:

Question:

Hello Alan, I love the videos that you have on your page, very personable, great job.

I reviewed your Infinity 100, and Infinity Downline pages and information.  I like the comp plan and how its laid out. I’m leaning towards joining either one of the programs, more so infinity 100 because of the payout. However, I can’t help but wonder if it will be easier to sign up people into a business that is 25/month, aside from 100/month.  Just wanted to get your opinion on this, however , either way, I do plan on joining with you. You offer great value.
Thank you for your time Alan
Answer:
Easiest way is to lead with Infinity 100 to bring them up to speed on the program, then if you encounter a price objection you can let them know that they can start for only $25.  If they don’t want to invest, or don’t have $25 it’s a good indication to not spend any more time talking to them.  You with me?
But when you design a marketing campaign around a $25 biz you attract a person of a certain viewpoint.  I have found it very difficult to bump them up from $25 to $100, even the ones that are doing well with the $25.  It’s just where their mind is ‘set’.  You get me?  The $25 is simply a catch-all to give those people who don’t have the $100 a chance to get something going for themselves without having to pawn their flat-screen.
Make sense?

Question:

So why is there even a choice for Paypal or AlertPay when it states that Paypal has a problem with network marketing so it isn’t recommended. I would much rather use Paypal.

Answer:

It is up to you which to accept.
You do not want to have $5K per month in subscriptions set up in PayPal and end up with your account frozen because someone at PayPal realized that you are doing network marketing transactions. They have policies against this.
I just put the PayPal button on there for a short bit last night because I have a guy who had an issue with his Alertpay and it was going to be like a week to straighten it out so I threw the PP button on there so he could go in and pay.  Once he does I’ll remove it.  I really do not want to put anyone into PayPal due to their policies.  I only use it as necessary.  I recommend you do the same.

Question:

Hey Alan, just visited your site about Infinity Downline, and I was impressed with the concept, I just wanted to ask, if i was already a member with MLSP (which I just became a member of this week) under some one else, could I still join your team for Infinity Downline??

Answer:

I am not in MLSP.
If you found a link via one of my sites to MLSP it is probably on an older post and I must assume that you have been placed under Shawn Wallace, who is a good guy.
I ran MLSP for a while as a beta-test for myself.
It can be a useful tool for some people.
As you may have seen I provide training to my teams and it could be that your MLSP membership is redundant.  Typically there is more help available via my training sites then people can manage to get through, plus I will show you exactly how to build all your own pages from scratch if you want to do so.  With MLSP you can build them in about 60 seconds, but you won’t own them is all so if you decide to leave MLSP for some reason you will lose all your pages, you see?
But yeah, it makes no difference whatsoever to me if you are in MLSP or anything else.  Infinity can be used to help you build other things and I personally thing that people who aren’t using Infinity to help with their other programs are nuts… but that’s just me.

Q:

Hi,Alan
1. what is the definition of capture page and landing page?
2. Is it needed to promote to a business account of Alertpay ? or personal pro account is suitable for payment in Infinity downline
3. Will I get the payment of my downline member before recommend 4 referral?
J.C.
A:

1.  Any page you send someone to with the intention of capturing their contact info so that you can follow up with them, usually their email address, such as these pages:
2.  One would need a BUSINESS account in order to accept credit card payments.  One does NOT need and business account in order to accept payments from another Alertpay account.  You can set up the ID subscriptions with only a Personal Pro account.  But I always recommend the business verified account so that you can accept credit card payments from others after Alertpay has done the website review for you.  You have to make a special request to Alertpay to be able to accept credit cards.
3.  You get payment from you downline as soon as they join. Payments are immediate unless it’s a credit card payment via Alertpay because Alertpay puts a hold on those for a few days.  You keep #1 and #3, and #5, #6, #7…. to infinity.  So, yes you will get payment from #1 and #3.
Hope that helps.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Alan

Q:    We spoke briefly today.  I wanted to follow-up to get a realistic expectation of monthly advertising costs.  With a $75/ month advertising budget, do you have recommended advertising methods where I could still realistically expect to convert 2 – 3 prospects per month?

A:    Absolutely.

Obviously in life, as in business, there are no guarantees.

I don’t have the time or space to go over all possible options with you
here but…

I got 8 signups my first 4 days of my most recent Pay Per Click Campaign.
Inside the training site I show you the exact keywords I used.  For that
week I spent $17.92 and made $275.00, plus the $275.00 monthly recurring
residual for every month after that.

Infinity 100 in fact has super-cheap pay per click rates.  I pay only $.05
per click currently.  Very low competition.

Google Adwords is very easy to set up and use and they have very good
training tutorials.

Also, we have a team coop that is $20.00 for each entry.  This gets you a
spot in a 15 link rotator and this is sent out in solo ads to nearly
700,000 people, home business type people, and your link stays in the
rotator for about a month or so for the pay per click ad that Jon runs
with the same page.  I find it hard to believe that anyone would not get
at least one signup from a spot in the co-op but I suppose anything is
possible.  I purchased three spots this time around.  They are generally
about once per month.

The co-op traffic goes to: http://infinityextremeteam.com/

Each time the Take Action button is clicked it directs to a different
site, one of which would be yours if you put $20.00 in.  If you buy 5
spots, then 5 of the 15 would be yours, and so on.  We have done alot of
the work for you.

Also, for less then $75 you can purchase some automation software for
various things: article submission, video submission, etc. in order to get
content out there and to get yourself found and to get your pages ranked
in the search engine.  This is very involved but I do have video trainings
in my site to show you how to do this.

Also, keep in mind that if you put $75 into marketing the first month and
you sign up one person, and that person says for only 3 months
hypothetically, you have recovered your marketing investment in full.

This is part of the funded proposal concept you will find in “Magnetic
Sponoring”.  The way I operate is if I put money in and I come out $0.01
ahead then I will continue that strategy because I am building a list at
the same time and that list will bring me profit in the future.

So, yes, I think $75 would be more than ample to get some signups your
first month.  Really the bigger variable is –what pages are you sending
them to.  You will need to build a page which converts.  Same applies to
your email follow ups with people.  This will be more clear as you go
through my trainings that I am sending you.  But for $75 you can
definitely get lots of pay per click traffic if nothing else.  There are many
options.

There are lots of free ways to get traffic as well.

Q:

Alan , Hi , I reviewed your site review on infinity downline and I am interested to know more about it .

Is this video on this site is available for members to use ? What software are used to create this video ? How many videos are for use ? The video I’m talking about is here:

http://www.alancosens.com/best-affiliate-program-infinity-downline/

A:

That particular video was done by my sponsor, Jon Mroz and is part of a

team cooperative. The way it works is you buy a $20 position in a 15

position rotator and your url gets plugged into as one of the 15 positions

on a page which contains this video as well as a sales letter. I don’t

recall what software he used but I know it is not powerpoint.

If you are just asking whether you would be allowed to put his video on

your blog after you join my team, Yes, I can give you the html so you can

put it on there.

You may want to visit my other page at

http://www.infinitydownline-infinity100.com

I have various videos on there, any of which you can use.  You can use

and of my videos if you choose but understand that having videos with

your own face and voice will tend to attract people who want to work with you.

The standard Infinity Downline videos, the ones you would find at

infinitydownline.com are also available to be plugged into a blog if you

need.

Q:

Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed your ID Extreme Team site, and your first training video. Like you, it takes a lot to make my socks roll up and down. :0) It’s late, so this will be short and sweet… Can you have more that one sponsor with Infinity Downline? If not can you join more than once? Can you drop one sponsor and join another? Thank you for your time… Regards, Bill Harris Jr.

A:

Per the official Infinity Downline FAQ, you can have multiple accounts. I am not crazy about the idea of “stealing” downline members from other people but in fact in the last 4 days, out of the 6 new people who joined me, 3 were already in Infinity Downline but preferred to join our team due to various reasons. This is a phenomenon I have not experienced in 12 years. One of these people simply added a second account under me. One that I know of had a falling-out with his sponsor and didn’t want to work with him any longer. So, what you are talking about can be done. But I have no desire to aggressively pursue people on other teams. If you are unhappy with your current situation, certainly I cannot prevent you from joining through my signup link. The only way I would ever know if you were already on another team is if you tell me. By the way, today I am making the template for that page that you like so that you can download and all you will need to do is plug your link into the “Take Action” Button, and you can direct to your blog, or wherever you want. Feel free to call me with questions. You will most likely need to leave a voice mail. I will return your call as soon as I can get free to do so. Thanks. – Alan Cosens

Q (related):

Hello Alan,

I would like to thank you for all the useful information you’ve been sending my way. Lot’s of good stuff…

I read your email about how you feel about taking member’s from another sponsor. I respect that , and I would never put you in a un-compromising position of any kind.  I contacted my sponsor by phone today, and told him that I wanted to cancel our relationship with ID.  I also contacted PayPal and canceled my subscription with them for ID.

I went to your site to sign-up, but the system requested that I contact them about getting another sponsor. I wrote them a very detailed account of my situation, and told them that I was requesting a new sponsor.

I never mentioned your name or anything to do with your business. YOUR business is your business…

I would have called you on this matter, but I haven’t been feeling well this week, so this is much easier for me.

Best Regards,

B.H.

Raining in Seattle

(… a short time later)

Peter just gave me permission to change sponsor’s.
So, I’m on my way to sign-up under you…
Regards,
.B.H.
A:
Wow.  Thank you so much for all your due diligence on that Bill.  And I appreciate your jumping through hoops.
Would you mind if I were to publish the first half of your email on my blog, just as a sort of testimonial?  I had 4 people last week join me even though they already had another sponsor, but you were the first to tell me ahead of time and write me about the process.
Let me know what is a good time to call you tomorrow so we can connect.  I generally begin work late afternoon and work off an on until 10:00 or 11:00pm.
Just putting my daughter in bed in a moment.
And an advanced welcome to the team.

Q:

Hello Alan, I wish to know what is infinitydownline, how it can help us to make money?I read your blog, but i need to have clearer picture that is it after join the infinity downline, I will get all the tools, blog, and other relevant materials authomatically? Do i need to do my own blog, because i do not know how to do blog, .. sorry because i wish to understand more …how actually this system works? Thanks. Regards,

A:

Be sure to go through all the information and all 4 videos in the post at > http://www.infinitydownline-infinity100.com/benefits-of-joining-our-team/ If that doesn’t clear it up, nothing will. That is about as much as I can > show you without actually giving you access. The way it works is, when you join and make your first payment I will send you links so that you can register for the two training and resource sites. Once you register you will immediately be emailed your password so that you can log in. Then you simply log in and click the link that says, “Where To Get Started” and follow the instructions. No, you do not NEED to have a blog to market. You do not even need a website to market. Technically you could market with only free classified ads and a phone. Obviously if you are looking to become an internet marketer you will want to learn to create web pages and so on. The training on how to do that, including how to create a blog, is avaliable in the training resources. If you are just looking for an explanation of the compenstaion plan (to > answer your first question) go to http://www.infinitydownline-infinity100.com/compensation-plan/

Take the time to go through all the posts and videos on the entire site if you need to. All the information is there. If there happens to be a language barrier happening there is a “translate” button at the top, right which will allow you to choose from many different languages to convert the site into.

To summarize, it does not matter what you “don’t know how to do”. The training resources will give you the steps to do everything that you need to do. The only question is how large is the learning curve. Feel free to call me with any questions that you could not find the answer to on the site. Thanks.  Alan Cosens 727.424.3304 $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

(multiple question email with answer directly after each question):

Q:

Hi Alan Cosens, After gone through some of your video, i have some questions: 1) do I really need to subcribe to Aweber ?

A:

No, you can handle your email manually. However, Aweber is only $1.00 for the first 30 days, but No, there is not requirement to use any of the resources or training materials, free or paid. They are simply there to assist you if you need them. Some web hosing companies also provide email auto-responders as part of their hosting service for no additional charge. Also, you are going to want to be able to create contact forms, such as the one you filled in to get my information, so that you can get the contact information for your leads automatically. An auto-responder service will allow you to do this.

Q:

2) Is it after join the team i will be given all the training materials to start my internet marketing, which means already set up as a video training as i seen in your page introduction which able to start calling people to my site? because    – i’m not good in blogging, and webpage…these totally new to me,

A:

You will get the first 6 lessons via email over the next few days, to cover the Web Mastery. With this you will have the knowledge of how to create web pages, create email contact forms, get web hosting for your pages, and how to get them up and running live. Certainly you could operate only with a telephone and your Infinity Downline website which is set up for you. One member of my team has 33 people in her downline and they all came from Craigslist, for example. You are not expecting to be any good at these things before you go through the trainings on them. That is why the training resources are there– to teach you how to do that stuff. No, I do not create all your pages for you. I teach you how to build your pages and we have many templates that you can edit with your own personal data so you do not have to create them from absolute scratch. I do offer videos that you can use on your pages if you like, but I am not going to physically create them for you. It is not that difficult because I show you in the video training exactly how to do it. It is simple. When you join, you do get an Infinity Downline website created for you immediately which is exactly like this: http://www.infinitydowline.com/?id=synerlev

Q:

3) Is it only US$25 i can start to call people to join me?

A:

Yes. Once you make your payment can begin sponsoring others. You will need to choose a form of payment that you will accept from them. Most of use use PayPal. In order to use PayPal to accept payments you will need a “Premier” account, which is free to create, but may take 2 or 3 days for paypal to verify. Otherwise, you can accept cash, check, credit cards, alertpay, safepay, and bunch of others. These options are all clearly explained once you log in to Infinity Downline back-office.

Q:

4) Do i have to subscribe any other stuff for training, OR once i joined, all the training stuff is ready for me for FREE, because why, most of the working people may wish to know that, as mostly can’t afford to pay so much  if there is..this will stop them from joining, because they feel that too much commitment before they have not even earn single dollar yet.

A:

The only fees that are absolutely necessary is the $25 per month. If you are going to create an internet marketing business though you are going to want a website for example. Someone has to host this, therefore you would need hosting for $10 per year. Auto-responder is highly recommended. Andyou would need a domain name if you want to create your own page. If you plan on using only your replicated infinity downline website and you do not want to create your own sites then you would have no additional expenses. Marketing strategies can be free, or you can spend thousands and thousands of dollars. That just depends on your budget and what you are trying to achieve. There is no need to spend a lot of money to market. But this is a business and quite honestly if someone can barely scrape together $25 they probably shouldn’t be starting a business.

Q:

5) As i said i’m not good in blogging, webpage …..after joining this program, i may not know how to write myself a presentable blog, etc sales letter to promote this program, and when my friend join me, will i have a set of ready set program as a training base which allow me to promote the program instantly after i joined in, sorry for asking alot…

A:

You can use videos of mine and my sponsor’s You can model your sites after mine if you want to create your own pages. You will have the training to do this. Keep in mind that you will always have your own site like http://www.infinitydownline.com/?id=synerlev

Q:

6) I’m in Malaysia, will this be one of the barrier for me to join under your team, due to the below reasons:  traffic problems, many may more likely to sign up under western group of agent? because some may have bias in choosing people / group to join.

A:

If you can use Paypal over there you are good to go. Or if you get set up ‘ to accept credit cards. You can also accept cash or check from people you know but this will make it hard to automate. Pay Pal is easiest.

Q:

7) Sorry, why i said so, because some of the team have set up the facebook link page as you introduce mastermind..,, when we joined we will be in the group, or link to your page, many may choose to sign up under leader group, even they were introduced by us, because there are normally link on the introduction page on the leader website, or blog.. this happens most of the time, we get hard to promote, lastly they went to join other link, HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM…?

A:

No, you do not direct your traffic to anyone’s sign up link but yours. Anyway, joining someone else would be pointless because they would have access to the same resources by joining you, as they would if they join me. That is the entire point of how we have set this up, so that you can use the training resources as a reason for people to join you. You offer the training. When they join you, they get access to the training. You would not be directing people to my page, or anyone else’s. This is OUR training and resources.

Q: 8) because i’m not good in writing up an attractive webpage, or blog …this would be a barrier for the traffic …? I need your advise. because i’m a new bee..this seems hard for me, because i do not know all these stuff….

A: Many people do not know anything when they join. That is why many people join. They are trying to promote a completely different business but they join our Infinity team so they can learn how to market their main business as well. Do no expect to have all the answers and skills before you have gone through the study and worked at it. The alternative is to simply just “not know” forever. You have to start somewhere. I realize it probably seems complicated to you right now. But it is not. My only concern would be a language barrier which may pose a problem for the learning process.

Hi Alan, I’ve just joined your InfinityDownline team. Have you got the  html  codes  for the video presentations, There’s 2, the one on the home page and the comp plan video. Also is there any promotional tools available? banners, etc.? kind regards, –SC, England, UK

Q:

1.) In my profile page it asked me for the e-mail address I use under Paypal.  How do I set up the “recurring invoincing” feature in Paypal?

2.) Or is the “recurring invoicing” set up “automatically” as long as I place my e-mail address in the Paypal area in my profile page?

A:

Just put in the email address for your PayPal account in your profile in
the PayPal area.  This is just where the payments will be sent to you.
There is nothing more you have to do.  Infinity Downline’s system sets up
the recurring payments automatically.

You do need to be sure you have either a “Premier” or “Business” paypal
account if you do not yet. This is free to do, but might take a few
business days.

Q:
(Alan Cosens to Jon Mroz) – You don’t give free trials to people do you, for Infinity? I see some of your downline does, but not sure what your policy was on it. I know what mine is, which is I do not cover anyone’s start up cost, never, ever. But I was just curious if you ever do, and what your thinking is on it if you do. Seems a bit foolish when they are getting access to all your provide. Nothing like giving the store away. But maybe I’m missing something. If you would like to share, that would be cool. Thanks. -Alan

A:
Hi Alan, absolutely not. I have found that everyone that I worked out deals for to get in cheaper or for free has quit before their first payment – and I mean EVERYONE. There has never been an exception to the rule. Who in our downline is doing this? I want to make sure their not giving away the training as well. Thanks.

Oh, and Peter (Wolfing, owner) made a statement about this prob 5 months or so ago and saidthat free trials where members mark other people as paid and advertise this will be banned and their account will be deleted. Hope that helps. -Jon

QUESTION 1: If I join your team, can I use your ID pages on my own

Anne, I am not a guru. But I have been doing this for 13 years and you ask a good question. This is the biggest problem in network marketing… how to get a new person with no accomplishment and no credibility to position themselves in a way where people want to work with them. Big problem. It’s a catch-22 isn’t it? I wrote a post and made a video about this some time ago which I think will answer your questions. The short answer is that we have devised a way around this problem. The name of the post is “The Biggest Problem In Network Marketing” and you can read it here: http://www.alancosens.com/biggest-problem-network-marketing/

    Hey, Alan.

I am impressed with your site. But, what I want to know, is how does a person like me compete with a person like you. I can see that several people are leaving their sponsors to join you. How in the world can someone who is totally new to this stuff be on a level playing field with you gurus who know what you are doing. Believe me, people are doing their research before they join these things cuz I’m one of those people. I’m looking for the best sponsor. So, since you and I are actually competitors once you have my 2 roll-ups, how do I set myself apart from you and provide something of value that would make someone decide to join me instead of you? Does that make sense?
