Infinity Downline is a network marketing company with a compensation plan which is based on the Two-Up System.
There are so many different types of compensation plans out there. There are MLM companies that have compensation plans that are so complicated that they are incomprehensible. It is hard enough to recruit people into your network marketing company without the barrier of having to find prospects with a minimum 140 IQ so that they can follow the pay plan. There is definitely something to be said, and value to be assigned, for any company that has a very easy to understand comp plan.
After 12 years in network marketing and after having sponsored over 4000 people, and having talked to thousands upon thousand more, I can tell you that one of the biggest reasons why people don’t join you opportunity is because they are not following your explanation of the compensation plan, and they get confused. Of course, they don’t tell you this because they don’t want to look stupid, and since you already has studied it in detail, your explanation makes perfect sense to you. Explanation of how the guy gets paid can never be made too simple.
The Infinity Dowline Reverse Two-Up System is about as simple as it gets.
If your prospect doesn’t understand this pay plan, he won’t understand any pay plan.
It would even be hard for you to screw up the explanation and make it confusing.
Here is the Infinity Downline pay system in a nutshell:
You join. You pay $25 per month for your affiliate membership fee.
You sponsor people. Each of those people pays $25 per month for their affiliate membership fee.
For each person you sponsor you get $25 per month residual. There are no admin fees.
This occurs for each person you sponsor with two exceptions.
The exceptions are the second person you sponsor, and the fourth person you sponsor.
Your 2nd and 4th enrollees get rolled-up to your sponsor and become his/her direct recruits. So your sponsor gets the $25 per month for the 2nd and 4th.
So if you bring in 20 people total, you will have 18 people paying you $25 per month and two that were “donated” to your sponsor.
Before you get irritated about the idea of giving away two of your hard-earned recruits, keep in mind that this rule applies to everyone, so your enrollees will also be donating their 2nd and 4th recruits to you, and you will be reaping the rewards. This is a pay-it-forward deal, if you will.
This goes on to infinity so that the downline is limitless.
So, the super-easy formula, and explanation for your prospects is this:
Join, then sponsor people and you get $25 per month in residual income for every person you sponsor, with the exception of your 2nd and 4th enrollees, who are rolled-up to your sponsor. When your enrollees sponsor their 2nd and 4th, those are rolled up to become your direct recruits and you get the $25 per month for those, and so on.
This is truly one of the only comp plans that I have seen where the entire thing can be explained in two simple sentences.
For many network marketers, the difficulty in explaining the pay plan is a huge barrier, whether they realize that THAT is the barrier or not.
I have met network marketers who have been working with the same company for more than three years and still did not understand the compensation plan.
I suppose an argument could be made in this case that one does not have to understand the comp plan in order to get paid. This may be true, however, if you are looking for an easy to explain plan, and you don’t want to chase your prospects away by confusing them, this is simplest one that I have personally seen.
